These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RankBlob website, web dashboard, community, keyword checker, APIs, and related products and services made available by Norland Labs, LLC ("RankBlob," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Accepting these Terms
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with RankBlob and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Description of the Service
RankBlob provides tools that help app builders explore keyword opportunities, check and track app search positions, access educational resources, and participate in community rooms. The Services may include public store checks, ranking snapshots, reports, exports, APIs, agent discovery standings, community profiles and contributions, and paid subscription features such as RankBlob Pro. Right to Use the Service
On the condition that you fully comply with these Terms, RankBlob grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service. Unless expressly authorized by these Terms, you may not: (a) modify, disclose, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the Service; (b) license, sublicense, resell, distribute, lease, rent, lend, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the Service; (c) disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any of the software components of the Service; (d) copy, frame or mirror any part of the Service; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
Creating an Account with RankBlob
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update it if it changes. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for RankBlob or other users.
License
Subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in these Terms, Norland Labs, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use RankBlob through supported devices and interfaces that you own or control. These Terms also govern updates and improvements unless separate terms accompany them. Rights expressly granted under a separate open-source license or published API terms remain subject to that license or those terms.
Restrictions
You agree not to rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services without authorization; copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of proprietary components except where these restrictions are prohibited by law or a separate license permits it; remove proprietary rights notices; bypass access controls, plan restrictions, or rate limits; disrupt the Services or upstream store services; or use the Services for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading activity. Use of published APIs and integrations is permitted within their documented terms and limits. Norland Labs, LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
Subscription Terms
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date. RankBlob Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You may manage or cancel through account settings or a billing portal where available, or contact hello@rankblob.com for assistance. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law. Ending a paid subscription does not by itself terminate your account or these Terms as they apply to free features you continue to use.
Fees For Using The Service
Some features require payment. Pricing, plan details, and billing intervals will be presented to you before you purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated by RankBlob. Payments made through the web dashboard are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe and RankBlob to process the transaction and related billing operations subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy . We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may change pricing from time to time, and if we do, we will provide notice as required by law before the change takes effect. Rankings and Search Data
RankBlob reports measured positions in public App Store and Google Play search results and public agent directories. These are snapshots of the returned results, not official store rankings or guarantees of traffic, revenue, discoverability, or future performance. Results may vary by time, storefront, language, personalization, and search surface. Coverage and limitations are described in the report and on our methodology page.
Discount and Service Codes
From time to time, RankBlob may issue codes that allow you to receive a discount on RankBlob Pro or other benefits, depending on the type of service code. These service codes must be redeemed at the time you order a subscription to RankBlob and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers without the express consent of Norland Labs, LLC. The redemption of service codes is subject to approval by Norland Labs, LLC and requires valid registration with RankBlob. Service codes are not transferable unless Norland Labs, LLC gives express consent. You are solely responsible for paying any taxes incurred as a result of using any service code. Additional terms may apply to service codes.
Informational Purposes Only
The Services and all content made available through them are for informational purposes only. RankBlob does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice, and use of the Services does not create any fiduciary or advisory relationship. You are responsible for evaluating the information you use and for consulting your own professional advisors when appropriate.
RankBlob's Rights
As between you and RankBlob, all information, materials, and content of the Service, including text, graphics, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, typefaces, source and object code, format, queries, algorithms, and other content are owned by RankBlob or used with permission. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant RankBlob a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and otherwise use your content only as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and provide the Services and related support. RankBlob reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
Community Content and Conduct
You are responsible for content you submit, including posts, replies, profiles, projects, attachments, and resource suggestions, and for having the rights needed to share it. Do not post unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content, impersonate others, or claim app ownership without authorization. Community contributions may be public under your handle. We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or create risk. Submitting a resource does not guarantee publication.
Third Party Materials
We may provide third-party content or services on or through the Services for the convenience of our users (such as links to third-party websites) ("Third Party Materials"). Our users may also include Third Party Materials in the Content they post to the Service. We do not control or endorse any Third Party Materials, nor are we responsible for verifying the accuracy of such materials. Your interactions or communications with third parties, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations related to Third Party Materials, are solely between you and the respective third party. Stripe is a third-party service provider used to facilitate secure payment processing. RankBlob is not responsible for any errors or issues arising from Stripe's services. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to their separate terms and services policy. Please note that when you leave our Services, these Terms and other RankBlob policies no longer apply to your use of other websites and services.
Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, and platform providers. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those third parties' terms and policies, and RankBlob is not responsible for third-party products or services that we do not control.
Storefront Information
You choose a storefront country for keyword checks and monitoring. Storefront selection determines which public search results are requested; it does not require precise device location. Processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Services, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Relationship with RankBlob
Your use of the Services does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and RankBlob.
Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR ACCURATE, OR THAT RESULTS OR CALCULATIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RANKBLOB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF RANKBLOB FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RANKBLOB FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RankBlob and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankBlob will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
Consent to Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from RankBlob, including notices about your account, security, transactions, and updates to the Services or these Terms. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that those communications be in writing.

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 N. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for RankBlob or others, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time, and you may request account deletion by contacting hello@rankblob.com .
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you and RankBlob agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and describing the issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, either party may bring the dispute in small claims court if it qualifies, or either party may require that the dispute be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association on an individual basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, class, collective, and representative actions are waived, and disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for alleged misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Services.
General
Enforcement of these Terms is solely at RankBlob' discretion. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms in some instances does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce the same or other part of these Terms in other instances. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable (including the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations above), then that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RankBlob regarding the Services unless you and RankBlob enter into a separate written agreement. As used in these Terms, "including" means "including without limitation."
